Our Team
Our state of the art centre will WOW you, yet make you feel really comfortable and driven. Our crisp, clean (with a flew splashes of colour) decor as well as all our latest equipment portrays a professional and up to date environment and will leave you satisfied and determined.
The Crawley team is made up of three people who will look after you: Cheryl, George and Nic.
We all have one thing in mind, which is you and your experience regardless of studying in the centre or from another location. We are a family run business with various backgrounds, and culture, with hospitality and excellent service being our top priority!
Cheryl is our Course Advisor, and generally the person you will meet with to discuss your needs. She will help and advise you on what training route to take and which Pitman courses would best suit your training requirements. Having previously worked in HR, in which she completed her post-graduate diploma in HR Management, Cheryl fully understands the demands that come with studying. She will be on hand throughout your training should you need any guidance and is always happy to help! Outside of the centre, Cheryl is found at the gym, spending time with her family, and taxiing her children to school, after-school clubs and cheering them on the court, pitch, or poolside!
George is a Course Advisor and Learning Coach and has spent most of his working career in the banking industry, so he is now putting his skills into practice without the dreadful trip to London and back every day. Some other previous roles include working on a cruise ship! George will be your first port of call with enquiries and if you get stuck with anything, he’s your man! He will be there to support you throughout your learning journey all the way to completion. George is a sports fan and loves nothing more than supporting his favourite basketball and football team, doing various chores on the weekends as directed by his boss (his wife) and spending time with his grandchildren!
Nic has spent most of his career in Recruitment. During this time, he has gained some major business as well as people skills. Nic is very hard working and motivated. He thrives in exceeding excellent service and seeing people achieve and develop to their full potential. He loves sport and exercise and spent many years and many early mornings training in his chosen sport (at the time) of swimming. He is also an avid basketball player, coaching youngsters and representing GB Masters in tournaments across the world. If there is any spare time, it is spent on his family and his 2 beautiful girls! As you can see, combined our skills are very diverse and we remain at your disposal throughout your studying!

Assessments
Here at Pitman Training Crawley, we also operate an assessment centre for a number of recognised professional bodies, in particular AAT exams. We provide a professional, relaxed, calm environment for candidates to sit their online exams, supervised by our experienced staff. If you wish to book an exam please call us on 01293 850840 to check availability and book a slot. Or if you’re wishing to study for AAT exams but aren’t sure how to get started, come and have a chat with us about how we can get you from start to completion, in straight forward steps and with excellent success rates.
How to find us
We are based just 5 minutes walk from Crawley Train and Bus Stations as well as a 5 minute walk from the busy town of Crawley. We are also just a 10 minute drive from Gatwick Airport. So feel free to jet off after you have completed your studying!

Our times may be flexible depending on prior notice and current requirements. Wednesday closing time is *17:00 – 20:00 subject to appointment only.
