Christmas arrives early for one student – after working hard on her Diploma despite taking up a full time role Charlotte was over the moon to pick up her Certificate before the end of 2014.

She said ‘I am so happy that I persevered and completed the Diploma, it was tempting to give up but with the support of Elaine and Susan I now have a great addition to my CV.’
