Hayley upskills during lockdown via Distance Learning with Pitman Training
Hayley utilised some additional time to update her skills as part of her accounting qualification with the team at Pitman Manchester….
“During these strange times that we are currently experiencing, many of us are finding the gift of time on our hands, and to utilise mine in the most appropriate way for me during isolation, I made the decision to further my study with a view to update my accounting qualifications gained after I had changed my career from being a Chef a number of years ago.
Following my initial enquiry to Pitman Training, my needs were thoroughly discussed, and I was advised accordingly to take the most cost effective and appropriate route in line with my requirements.
The Course Adviser with whom I made my original contact, and my Distance Learning Coach, were both extremely supportive and responsive during my training and subsequent assessment.
As distance learning was a whole new experience for me, it was reassuring to know I could contact them at any time, and I felt I was in safe hands. Nothing was too much trouble, and all communication, whether by phone or email, was punctual, professional, and concise. Additionally, the electronic learning material provided was appropriate and easy to follow in support of the course content. My personal distance learning experience with Pitman Training has not highlighted any areas for improvement, and I will definitely look to continue further study through this well-established organisation.”
